Who am I?

Hi, I’m Bella. 

The Founder & CEO of Balance with Bella. 

I started this business 4 years ago when I left the corporate world.  

I was so tired of making other companies a lot of money and looking to do something with meaning.

Something with value.

Something that would make me light up when people asked me “What do you do?”. 

It’s a funny thing though - I didn’t actually want to start my own business.

Because I had bought into and run a business before.

So I knew how challenging it could be. 

WHY DID I DO IT?

2021 was a wild year. Everything had changed. 

And I noticed something - almost every woman in my community, online and on social media was saying the same things.

They were struggling, exhausted, couldn't focus, couldn't sleep, constantly unwell, not sure what to eat, burnt out, overwhelmed by noise of health and wellness industry and didn't know where to turn. 

And there I was - wrapping up my own learning journey — completing a range of qualifications across different fields because I had been struggling with my health for many years and wanted to find answers. 

My qualifications ended up being - Certified Nutritionist, Buteyko Breathing Practitioner, Ballet Barre Instructor, Certified in Psychoneuroimmunology (the science of stress).

Plus I had learned so much about the Science of Sleep, Habit Stacking & Cycle Syncing. 

AND I DID FIND ANSWERS

So many of them.

How to sleep well, boost energy, increase focus, eat well, balance my hormones, maintain a healthy weight, stop anxious thinking and be in the present moment. 

How to improve my physical and mental health (because even though it's not talked about enough, they are intrinsically connected to each other).

How to live each day in a way that meant I was calm, resilient, healthy and my very best self.

It wasn’t easy though.

The amount of time, energy and money spent to figure out how to create a balanced lifestyle that helped me thrive. 

I knew I had to figure out how to wrap this information up in easy to digest little packages and deliver it to the women in my community so they could find balance and feel better too. 

So I did.

Women’s Wellbeing Workplace workshops - book a workshop that gives women the simplest solutions so they can succeed in the workplace. 

Educational and inspirational talks about how to go from living a chronically stressed out chaotic life to constant calm where you get to live your best life every day.

Ive helped so many women come back to balance so they had less stress, more energy, better sleep, and a body that feels good to live in.

Why did I complete all these qualifications in the first place?
